The addition of languages including Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Hindi, and Spanish means Article Matching now supports 97% of all content on the JW Platform.

Earlier this year we introduced Article Matching from JW Player. This proprietary product allows media companies to save time and increase engagement and revenue by automatically inserting a relevant video into any text-based article.

But, to truly be a partner to all of the leading media companies and brands around the world, we couldn’t simply let Article Matching stop with the English language.

So, today we’re introducing support for 21 additional languages. This update now covers 97% of all content within the JW Network. A full list of languages that are supported is below.

Thus far, Article Matching by JW Player has seen tremendous success. One great example is National Review which, after implementing Article Matching, saw a 19% increase in video plays across its sites and a 33% increase in ad impressions.

We sat down with Jarreau Joseph Weber, Director of Product & Audience Development at National Review, to discuss the success that they’ve seen with the product.

You can check out the entire interview here.

Article Matching is a new addition to JW Player’s Engagement Plus offering, which also includes Video Recommendations. The powerful combination of these two tools can help to boost viewer engagement and advertising revenue by ensuring that your community gets the most relevant videos and keeps them coming back for more.

If you are interested in chatting about our Engagement Plus package or are looking for a language that you don’t already see here – let us know!

We’d love to have a conversation with you about your goals – reach out to us here to start the conversation.
